Good to know before you subscribe

Free trial

14 days free with every feature open. No payment and no card needed. Your data stays when you subscribe.

Price per branch

Every shop (branch) needs its own licence. Two branches = two licences. Staff and products are counted for the whole company.

Monthly or yearly

Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save about two months.

Setup fee

Paid only once with the first payment: we connect ZATCA, import your products from Excel and set up your printers and scanner. It is not charged again on renewal.

Renewal

You renew at the plan price shown here. The price does not change during a paid period. If prices ever change, you are told at least 30 days before your renewal.

Reminders

The app shows a reminder 14 days before a branch ends, and support reminds you on WhatsApp.

If you do not renew

That branch stops selling. Nothing is deleted: you can still sign in, open reports and old invoices, and export your data. Renew any time and continue where you stopped.

Change plan

Upgrade any time — you pay only the difference for the days left. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.

How to pay

Bank transfer or STC Pay. On the Subscription page choose the branches, send the money and enter the reference number or a photo of the receipt. The branch is extended as soon as SmartDukkan confirms the payment, usually the same day.

WhatsApp add-on

Optional, on top of the licence: send invoices and repair-ready messages to your customers on WhatsApp. SAR 15.00 a month or SAR 150.00 a year for the whole shop. Included free during the trial.

VAT

No VAT is added to these prices.

ZATCA

Phase 2 e-invoicing is included in every plan at no extra cost. You need your own Fatoora portal login to get the OTP for each branch.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. Download products and sales to Excel any time. The server is backed up every day.

Devices

Not included: computer, receipt printer, label printer, barcode scanner and card machine. Any common USB or Bluetooth device works. Internet is needed.

Support

WhatsApp support for every plan, and remote help when you allow it. The Business plan gets priority the same day.

Cancel

No contract. To stop, simply do not renew.
